Game version: v1.53-(6b823baf5)-(master) (2018-04-19 7:14)
Game world: zz1
Browser + version: Firefox Quantum 59.0.2 64-bit
Flash Player version: 29.0.0.140
Operating System: Windows 10
Screen resolution: 1920x1080
Account name: Dony
Humans or Elves: Elf

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Quest title: none

Current situation:
When you want to move around world map with left mouse button and your cursor moves away from browser window (bottom windows panel, top browser panel, second monitor on left/right) and then comes back to browser window, map still moving, it stops moving if you left click again.

Expected situation:
World Map should stop moving when you go out of browser and then come back, like it was working some months ago.

Reproduction Steps
1. Log into a game
2. Open world map
2. Left mouse button click on world map to move
3. Keep dragging away from browser window (bottom windows panel, top browser panel, second monitor on left/right)
4. Release left mouse button outside of browser window
5. Come back with cursor to browser window
6. Notice that world map is still moving

Also still happening with one monitor system but only with world map, no longer within city itself.
Go to world map
click & hold mouse button to move map
move mouse over taskbar and release mouse button
move mouse into game window again
see world map still moving.

This still happens, however I don't have to click to make the map movement stop, only go back to task bar without any clicking then back to map and map stops moving. Without that it acts like the mouse button is kept holding down.

looks fixed for me on world map, not on tech tree, should i report this same issue third time about tech tree or we can continue here? :)

@Dony we are not able to reproduce this. Do you have more clear reproduction steps perhaps and exact current browser you're using? Also, do you notice any difference between browsers?

city/map behaves differently from tech tree here (on chrome). Tech tree continue moving when you move mouse outside browser window while city/map stops as soon as it realize that cursor is out of window. Probably on Dony's firefox game can't receive mouse button up event when mouse is out of window and tech tree continue moving despite of button state.

1. Go to Research (Tech Tree)
2. Click & hold left mouse button, move mouse left/right to scroll in Tech Tree
3. Move mouse over taskbar and release mouse button
4. Move mouse into game window again
5. See Tech Tree still moving.
