EDIT: okay, kill this thread... didn't notice that my supplies-storage is full. :/

some of my workshops are done with a 15 minutes task, and don't allow to release the supplies. reloading, logging out and in, and so doesn't work. I got only one workshop unstuck, yet I can't replicate the steps.
something similar happened over the last few months, but one (or two) reloads always freed them again (aswell as residences and manufactories).
chrome was used as a secondary browser just to confirm, that it is not browser-depending issue.
so, how do I get it unstuck?
