Not a Bug Workshop blocked, impossible to collect

After the upgrade, I will meet with some workshops blocked, i have 3 workshop where i can not collect.
I have attached two images

I tried to upgrade one building blocked, I lost production but at least the building is unlocked

Your supply storage is full. Pretty sure thats the reason why Although I would at least expect some kind of notification in that case.

I have set this to 'Not a bug' as I agree that your storage being full is what caused this to happen and not an actual bug in the mechanics. Thanks for the feedback.
