Answered Wonder points added differently?

Hi there,

I would like to know, why points of Wonders are added to the ranking after the construction is finished while usually points of other buildings are added right away after the start of the construction?

rankings is based on
-required culture
-working population
-ranking points given by AWs (and possibly other special buildings ?)
-solved encounters

when you upgrade a manufactory, you must use population and culture to start upgrading, they are prerequisites;
as soon as you start upgrading using a builder, they are in use, so your ranking score changes at this moment

when you upgrade an AW, you do not use pop nor culture, the prerequisites are rune shards or KPs+relics;
you have to wait for the upgrade to be complete to reach the next level which in turn grants you more ranking points.
