Duplicate Won and available expansions different

Current: When I won an expansion on world map (and it says you can find in the buildings menu) there's not actually an available expansion. Now I got one on WM, the expansions menu appear as "Completed provinces: 4, Required for next expansion: 6". I didn't figured out how it works or it's only me who have this situation....

Expected: When I win an expansion on WM, will be availbale in expansions menu straight away.

Reproducing: I'm not even sure if it's a bug or just me...

It's already a knew issue. You should refresh the page, the extension will appears
