Cannot reproduce Witch's hut fail in the magic academy

Current situation: The witch's hut is now available in the magic academy, but is says production time 0 sec and an error message appears when trying to manufacture it.

Expected situation: setting the production to witch's hut in the magic academy

Reproduction Steps:
1. Go to magic academy
2. Select witch's hut
3. - error message appears and the game reloads

Meanwhile, the items changed in the magic academy, and I have to wait until the magic's hut will appear again.

I have just tried to collect witches hut, but screen frozen and inventory showing red zero. Browser is Google Chrome. Citys graphics are moving behind the greyed out screen but I can't log off.
Edit - Ok so I shut down the page and opened new one and the witches hut is now in my inventory.

I just tried to craft the Witch Hut and had no problem, everything was as it should be.
