Duplicate Winter Set, Fountain: I get a to less supplies

When I get my supplies, it always gives me less, than I should get

You see: I should get 5.400, but I only get 4.995.

I hope I reported it right - and I didn`t find it in the reported Bug list.

Oh ... I noticed: I have the same Problem with the Orc Vortex.

... and with the Revelers Fountain :-(

Dunno is it's already reported somewhere but it is only a visual bug that shows more than you should get.

Why this happens:
The shown amount is (basevalue+link values)* culture bonus.
The way is works (also the intended way) is (basevalue*culture Bonus)+link values

The amount shown calculates culture boost on the link values which is wrong.
