they don't regenerate unless you win a Reshuffle. You keep getting one until u have all 16, then all over again.

Thank you for removing the high level building requirement. Not loving the randomness of the prize selection and the prizes are very underwhelming. Much preferred the 3 chest system where you could have a choice. If I want to gamble on everything, I will join an online casino.

don't hold your breath, so it was on Bear event. At the beginning you could use all levels of WS, later only big ones. We will see soon if they kept the system.

One question, we have 16 presents, will they renenerate every day or after we open all of them and them we get the new set? And why is frozen flame amog the prizes? I thougt we wrote it hundreds times, that it is really worthless prize in Magic academy (even the 4x) and it is here again?! All frozen flames, unicornes and so on are hure dipapointment...
they don't regenerate unless you win a Reshuffle. You keep getting one until u have all 16, then all over again.
I expect one of the 16 will always be a reshuffle, so:
  • You'll almost never get all sixteen results before you get a new board (1/16 chance of shuffle being the 16th pick)
  • Therefore: you don't even have a 1/16 chance of getting the daily prize, because about half the time, the board will reshuffle before you find it. so really you only have about a 1/24 chance of getting the daily prize.
edit: I don't actually know it's 1/24. I pulled that out of thin air. I just know it's less than 1/16

I thought they were required throughout? But if you moved from Chapter 4 to 5 then the requirements would have changed in the middle of the event and level one workshops would have suddenly quit working.

I am in Amuni right now and for the first quests I was able to use lvl.1 WS - this means no special requirement for the WS's level. Until I don't go deeper into event I can't say if we will get that WS chapter related requirement or not.

If it works the same as in FoE's Winter event, then you get a new set of presents every day, when the daily prize changes. No way to know for sure until tomorrow.

So you need both a bunch of high level buildings and a bunch of low level ones... Double bloat for our cities... (Or forget about last segment of quests. It may be not worth doing anyway if reward is low enough, though.)
Glad I have teleported some factories for FA and they are still there.

I hope there is always a 100% chance to get Reshuffle in the set of presents. Otherwise it would make disadvantage for diamonds players.

I don't see a problem with 1 daily reward per set of presents, it's at least 100% chance I'll get it. And am pretty curious what is the current system of "random" quests going to look like.

Unless there's an undeclared feature to this, no. It's always possible you can pick reshuffle before you pick the daily.

If they are being nice, the Daily is the reshuffle trigger. Then you'd be guaranteed one daily in 16 picks.

High level building requirements are not needed for the first set of fixed number of tasks.
After the fixed number of tasks there are an unlimited number tasks that become more difficult and require the higher level buildings.

What was wrong with the old system of 3 chests with different odds of getting the daily prize.
I used to save up for the prize that I wanted and get a bunch of them (ie time boosts, Wishing Wells, AW KP, culture buildings, etc)
Did someone complain that players were getting more than 1 each of the daily prizes

@ashrem @Karvest that's true. But the chance can be increased a little bit by "Show two" item - it can whether show daily prize, or "Reshuffle" item (so we can pick it later). In best scenario both - so we can pick daily prize and immidiately reshuffle the board.

Well, if there is always only one daily reward within 16 prices, then it is a huge daily price nerf. If i want to get more of the daily rewards, it's like spend 1000+ currency per one, right? And no chance to influence what I can get - mostly garbage i guess.
So no chance to get 10+ mana/seed/whatever buildings? Are we already back to the Willow farm for mana strategy?
For dailies it is not that much different from the previous setup. Your expected ribbons per daily is about 480 over long-term, and that ignores the fact that you can win ribbons in presents. If it is always 200 ribbons in 1 present, then you can shave off another 100 on average, so 380 per daily. You can still do better because reveal is a thing, as well as 2x for reveal, ribbons and daily (this effect is harder to calculate, I may run a simulation on that). So this is probably slightly worse than the optimal strategy for dailies before, but it is not miles away.

in Platinum Leaf where we keep track of quests, already the 10th quest was different. Some got 2x9h WS prod, some got 3x3h WS prod.
For some reason, Inno decided that RANDOM (everything) is fun. I am not laughing. I was never tempted by playing in Casinos, exactly for this reason. Now we have a casino here, our personal one! (Still not laughing).

@MinMax Gamer Well I don't know where you get your numbers, but if you have daily reward 1 of 16 and another 1 of 16, you're bound to reshufle in 1/3 to 1/2 cases before you get even one daily reward.
And in previous events you could influence what you got. So if you didn't get daily reward, you still could get something usefull. Now half rewards are just absolute garbage. Like 1 elixir relic - wtf? I can get from 1 tourny province much more than this.
I don't thing many players will play the second harder part. Why? To get more garbage?

1 thing i noticed was that its now 1 province encounter for 4 tournament encounters rather than 5 (unless that changes in later quests)
