Incomplete winter magic quest bug?

Winter Magic: goods production from mermaids paradise is being subtracted from task total not added, task is "produce a good amount of any type of regular goods " quest at 23 ribbon reward level.

These quests just count all types of goods separately but show only max progressed one. If you have 30% of the task done by some T3 and then collect mermaids - small amount of T1 collected from it can give you more than 30% of that quest requirements for T1 (which are x3.5 times less than for T3), and you start seeing that low amount among with lowered total requirements.
