Not a Bug winter events. Same quest every other time

This has happened 100% of the time for me since the winter event started and has continued even threw today. I always get the same quest of producing goods followed by a KP quest, usually to buy or spend X amount of KP. As soon as I complete that, I get the same goods quest again. I've spent all my goods instants already trying to stay ahead of this. But it takes a full day to earn those resources and I just have to restart the quest basically right after. Thats why I've only earned 1600 ribbons in the entire event. Its clearly not random and just repeats the same annoying quest every day

There are just too many "produce something" quests. You can get "produce goods" every other quest with 33% chance or "produce supplies" with the same 33% chance.
