Current situation: /WHO doesn't work in chat, /who does work.

Expected situation: /WHO or /Who or /wHo or other different spellings with capitals to work just like /who, i.e. being case insensitive.

Thanks Jasper! We've checked this out, and it's intended that only lowercase should work in chat commands, therefore 'not a bug'

That's stupid. Please change this to a suggestion then, commands should be case insensitive.
