Yes, what happens then? Will the amount of Produced Troups, which are already out of the production cue and therefore already produced and collectible, will those return to the normal numbers when the feeding effect expires overnight? Or will that higher number of troups be collectable in the morning?

Feeding effect affects only troops that you are collecting while it is active. And it also affects all troops that are produced in before, but collected while feeding effect is active.

Basically it's the same as any other enchantment: it is only effective as long as it is working... productions collected after a spell runs out are 'normal', even though they were made during the spell!

The description says it clear - the effect applies when you pick up the units, so if you pick up the units after feeding effect dissapears, no bonus applies.
