Not a Bug valentines event on regular server finished without fulfilling all quests

Reproducibility: 2/3 (Winyandor&Felyndral affected, Arendyl on dutch server not affected)

Quest title: Finish all the valentine event quests (23)

Current situation:
Quest status is resolved and on clicking the buildings are awarded. However, the questline was not completed yet.
On Felyndral the quest (produce tier 1 goods 3 hour 8x & 9hour 3x) is still there to finish (waiting for the 9 hour production to finish)
This is not even the last quest in the line

Same goes for Winyandor where I just started a city to have a look at some other players and havent even really started yet.

Dutch server not affected


Expected situation:
Questline should be carried out to conclusion before ending and awarding buildings

Please report these bugs on their own language servers. We're on a different game version here and from here, we are only able to process bugs that actually happen on Beta. Thank you
