Not a Bug Using event prizes triggers quest.

I am in chapter 3 in Beta
The daily prize Hazeltown made a good replacement for my butchers so I traded in three of them AND put in the Spheric Shrub. I got the 'Use Neighborly Help' quest.

Did you intend to give all the lower level players who win 3 Hazeltowns the quest?

Hi Yoxlade,

im not sure what you think the issue is here.
the quest 'Use neighborly help' ask you for a max cultural bonus, and you only get it when you reach 170% bonus for the first time.

im thinking by placing those hazeltowns, you got the 170% for the first time and that triggered the quest.
