Current situation:
__when opening a building window (residence, WS, AW, you name it) and going to the upgrade tab, popups for current level properties and next level properties are identical

Expected situation:
__popups should show respective level values

Reproduction Steps
1. __log in to city
2. __click on an upgradable building (must display "upgrade available" in the building popup)
3. __select "upgrade" tab
4. __mouse over current level values and next level values
5. __notice that popups display identical results
Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

screenshots are for my shrine of shrooms, level 1
when mousing over training size value for level 1 and training size value for future level 2, I get identical popups;
I found similar results in workshops, armouries and manufactories;
