Not a Bug Upgrade Phoenix: unclear what new values will be

Current situation: if you want to upgrade your Phoenix it doesn't show what the new values will be.

Expected situation: To show new values just like other event buildings you can upgrade.

For example Ice Rink shows this:

OK, missed that one. But why make it so difficult ? It is perfectly clear like it is in the Ice Ring example.
