Upcoming changes: (Beta as of 30/09/2016)
I suppose it's possible that every update has an independent team working on it, but surely there's someone in charge who knows which update is closest to completion, and has a vision of what order they should be implemented once complete?
I would think that battle redesign parts 2&3 would come to Beta before any of it goes live since they will obviously effect each other and have a very high chance of introducing balance and bug issues for each other--but then there was the announcement on the Live servers a week ago....
