After you unlock Robust Residences tech you get a picture of how the the next 2 levels (30 & 31) of residences are going to look (forgot to make screenshot). However unlocking Robust Residences only allows you to upgrade residences to level 30, for level 31 you (probably) need to unlock Robust Residences 2 which is almost at the end of the tech tree. This is somewhat misleading.
After unlocking Robust Residences it should only show the picture for a level 30 residence, NOT level 31 also.
