Those stats are for an entire squad on the battlefield, not for a single unit.
It's been like that for a few updates now. And no, I have no idea why they did it like this.

Ok... I guess its not a bug then but just one of these weird changes that have been made during the past.
I have to admit I'm not much of a fighter so I didn't really pay attention to it till today.
