Duplicate Unable to collect chest during NH

I got a treasure chest for NH and I clicked and clicked and clicked and the treasure chest remained. I did not see any reward from the chest. So then I reloaded and visited about 10 more cities and I did not get any more treasure chests.

So I don't know if something was locked and I got the reward and I could not see I that got it. I've had the game lock in a tournament and come back and can see the encounter where it locked is completed. There was nothing to see to indicate if this was just a locking up and it was completed.

i think its the same bug as unclicable sun flares around spire
happened to me aswell

I can confirm this behavior, reload helps, but some flares are gone :-(
