Incomplete Unable to build 2nd Pond of Recreation

Reproducibility:Constant... can not build 2nd Pond of Recreation. 1st one is still under construction. There is ample space and resources, but when placing in position it is highlighted red instead of green and will not place.

Current situation:Can't place a 2nd Pond of Recreation in a 5x6 area. Have tried to reload the game, tried to move other building around (limited space available to move buildings)

Are you sure the expansion in unlocked in that 5x6 field ?

Try moving the completed one there, that will verify the space is open...

Sometimes yuo have to reload the page before the game will recognize an area as open for building. I've had that happen a few times after selling a building.

As I can see you managed to put second Pond in your town. Can we close this thread and move on if you don't have this problem anymore?
