Current situation:
I have a rocking good neighbor ... His world rank shows the ultimate rank of ZERO.

Edit: Ok, I found the reason why ... Even if his city as "existing neighbor" is visible near to my city, the player seems to have been deleted or closed his account. At least, it is not possible to search for his player name.

Expected situation:
Locking at his city, he should rank 11 thousand something.
Edit: Deleted players/cities should be remove from the world map PLUS they should be replaced by other ACTIVE players.

Hey Elevenar, thank you for your report, this is not a bug, however.
Every player starts with rank 0 and when they collect their first ranking points (so ranking points actually get a value), they are being ranked in the list as well. This player hasn't received any ranking points yet, so he will stay at 0 until he does (or gets deleted).
