Implemented [UI] Forum button

Hallo Inno's and friends,
I would like to suggest an easier to find button to this forum.
Right now it is hidden as second level button under support.
A first level button for "forum" might bring more feedback.

If you left click on the mouse, you can enter the forum direct from there in any screen

Smart, but you still have to have first the support button to click, in order to find hidden behind the forum button.
Therefore it is a second level button for the forum and not a first level one.

I don't remember if this was brought up before, but I think I agree with it. At first look at thought that button is just for support, so it's easy to miss out on the option to reach the forum directly from the game.
