Duplicate Training grounds shows incorrect time left in training queue

Quest title: March of the Herds (Uncertain if related to event?)

Current situation:
Logged in to check status of builds, productions, military training, event
Noticed training grounds training queue bar showed 34:44 minutes to complete training
Clicked on training grounds to open queus
Noticed training queue actually had 26 seconds to complete training

Expected situation:
Show accurate amount of time left in training queue by hovering mouse over training grounds without having to open queue


Reproduction Steps:
1. Log in
2. Hover mouse over training grounds to observe time to complete training
3. Click on training grounds to open training queues
4. Compare to determine whether observed time was accurate before opening queue
