Fixed [16547] Trader button is missing

Current situation:
When upgrading trader from level 1 to level 2, trader button on the bottom bar is removed, clicking on the upgrading trader building also doesnt redirect me to the see offers or make some, only way to get inside trader is with shortcut "T"

Expected situation:
Trader button sholdnt be removed when trader building is upgrading

Reproduction Steps:
1. Start upgrading trader to lvl2
2. observe there is no trader button on the bottom bar

I guess, this behavior is intended, as the trader isn't available for trades while upgrading. I thought about it too, that the trader should be available while upgrading, but think about the barracks, they are out of duty while an upgrade is running.

but that the shortcut T is working sounds like a bug.

We had also allready noticed that the trade dissapears when we are upgrading. We also didnt like that.
But either way intended or not there is a bug.

or
A) trader needs to dissapear and then T shortcut shouldnt work
B) trader shouldnt dissapear during upgrade.

it has been fixed indeed, the "t" shortcut does not work during trader upgrade
