Not a Bug Tournament ranking random with same score

Reproducibility: 1/5... just noticed

Current situation:
Today I was early with starting the tournament, so I was the firts one in my FS with a high score and therefore placed first currently in the FS intern tournament ranking.
The server rankings on the other hand don't sort by the time the score was achieved.
Looks more random atm.

Expected situation:
Players who achieved the same score earlier as other players should be before them in the server ranking too.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Play the tournament
2. Wait for other players achieving the same score

i've checked this with the team and it turns out that this is not a bug but working as designed.
However we thank you for this report and we will surely forward this as feedback.
