Duplicate [Tournament] Paging in the Tournament Overview disables Visit Province Button

Current situation:
"Visit Province Button" (= Crosshair Icon) gets disabled, when paging (back) through tournament results.


Expected situation:
Paging (back) should not affect buttons (etc.)


Reproduction Steps
1. Open up Tournament Results, click on "tent icon"
2. Look at page 1, all provinces are available = unlocked, no waiting time (screenshot named _1)
3. Go to page 2 (screenshot named _2)

4. Go back to page 1 (screenshot named _3)
=> Now Tournaments #5-8 have a disabled "Visit" button, even if the tournaments are still unlocked and have no waiting time. (I couldn't figure out, why it is #5-8, but I am sure it has to to with the Levels.)
