Current situation:
I am offered to shorten the coin filling time for residences or shorten time for productions in my factories.
I don't think it is not intended to shorten time in residences - its against the "early collect" strategy.
Expected situation:
Not to see the "sign" for shortening in residences. If it is intended, the function should work
Reproduction Steps
1. have a residence with not full coin stock, check mousover, open residence and check possibility to shorten time

In my elven account with FF there is no offer in mouseover at all - neither residences nor factories
