Cannot reproduce There is something to collect in your city in mobile app sometimes missing

Quest title: (if applicable) big events like woodelvenstock

Current situation: IF you log into the game during big events and there is something to collect in your city you get a message on both PC and app, however on PC you get this message every time you enter your city again (moving from world map to city or research tree to city), on mobile app you wont get that message anymore, its harder to check if i have already collected everything around my city or i still missing some

Expected situation:
Same behaviour in both versions

Reproduction Steps:
1. log into game during big event on mobile app
2. notice message that you can collect something
3. enter world map/ research tree
4. go back to city
5. notice there is no message anymore like in PC version

We're currently not able to check this on Beta since we have no event running, so please either report it on a Live server or check if it's still happening on Beta with a next event
