It's likely that all servers got this at the same time, and that timing is right for the the live servers, though why beta should have the same message when it's known we have the events much earlier, I do not know. The ways of Inno are sometimes indeed mysterious ;)

Event value gain in real is increased around 30%. Thanks :)

Edit: ok, it's been a joke, the same old bug-gy joke. Everything is like it has been in beta.
Mods, please, thanks the devs to have not worsened the value gain... :p:)
