I cannot find anywhere the info that Portals cannot be teleported. Is there a place where this is specified?

Buildings which are limited by numbers of buildings per city can not be teleported, portals have limitation of 1 building per city and thus can not be teleported

Got it now " Limited Buildings (e.g. some Amuni Buildings) " Should be more specific thought. Should state "e.g. Portals" which are more common than "some Amuni Buildings."

Basicly every building from Building menu which has Place 1/X is limited
