Hi,
In the info screen of sword dancer II is written that the unit have long range attack bonus +20%.
It should be defensive bonus.

The Sword Dancer II is extra effective against Long Range units, meaning he is 20% stronger against them. This is an attack bonus for the Sword Dancer II.
