strange, when I had an issue, they responded the next day and was cleared wihin 2 day's.

We see no open tickets from your account in the last few days (or any tickets, for that matter) - have you sent it to the Beta Support?

Hello, if the support does not respond right away, you have to wait .
If you answer for " upped " your ticket , operators read it later.
For you see, the operators read the oldest first tickets. If you " upped " your ticket , it will be in the more recent .
