support is not answering

    strange, when I had an issue, they responded the next day and was cleared wihin 2 day's.
    Maybe ask the question again?
    Or post here?

    Hi bluemilk,

    We see no open tickets from your account in the last few days (or any tickets, for that matter) - have you sent it to the Beta Support?

  5. Hello, if the support does not respond right away, you have to wait .
    If you answer for " upped " your ticket , operators read it later.
    For you see, the operators read the oldest first tickets. If you " upped " your ticket , it will be in the more recent .
    In short, be patient :)

    They answer to me about 1-2 hours, after my ticket :)
