Won't fix Strange reward screen after research quest tier 2 goods

After finishing a quest demanding research of silk and crystal factory, i got this reward screen:

Although english is not my native language, it looks strange to me (the first sentence and 'befall')

Befall is not a word that's often used, but it is correctly used here. It means the tragedy will not take place here, or occur here.

Nosferatu is correct about the use of ‘befall’ but the first sentence should read ‘Do you not also feel how the fate of the Elves has changed for the better?’.

'Do you not...' is not really wrong but it is rather archaic. If you are looking for a Shakespearean ring then it is spot on otherwise I would suggest something like ‘Don’t you feel how the fate of the Elves has changed for the better?’

I didn't know that, if it's archaic, it's very ok in my opinion.
