Not a Bug "start all" option doesn't work with hotkeys

Current situation:
When you select "start all" checkbox in workshop and then press hotkey to start production, production is started only for selected workshop.


Expected situation:
All workshops should be started both by mouse click and by hotkey.
Also it would be nice if magic workshop won't be treated as different building than normal workshop, like it is on mobile.
And it would be double nice if there would be some hotkey for "start all" too.


Reproduction Steps:
1. open workshop
2. check "start all"
3. press hotkey for starting production (1-6)
4. notice only one workshop is started
