Seems AW rebalance is coming soon. At least Inno introduced a way to replace certain AW effect for certain set of players (well, actually any effect, just only AW effects are currently listed).
Now there are 5 possible replacements:
1. Thrones one should add MH level into ranking points equation (announced earlier).
2. ETC will produce seeds based not on MH level, but on SS.
3. Enar's should produce mana not per scout based on completed provinces, but per tourney points (Like Shrine of the Champions does for orcs. btw, probably there is some copypaste issue, as it actually replaces orcs with mana for Shrine despite of having Enar's id in feature name).
4. Maze will produce mana not based on completed provinces, but on Supply capacity.
5. EE will give relics not on completing province, but on receiving Mystical Object from crafting.

Well, now it depends, how the formula will be made.
My ETC is producing seeds based on MH level: 8648/12h at lv35.
There is a new Wonder producing seeds based on SS with production 6625/3h (65% of SS at lv35).
So it all depends how they make the % parameter. If they simply copy+paste it from Antique Shop but leaving it with 12h produciton, it might actualy get even lower that it already is.

ETC is a trade center. It's other 2 benefits are for manufacturing. Producing a useful and somewhat rare good makes sense. But it makes no logical sense to make a trade center have a benefit based on a military aspect. If you mainly cater, the ETC is a very important AW. The optional SS techs are not (unless they use the cauldron).
