Does anyone know if everyone is seeing the same offers or is it like the MA where people see different offers?
I really like the option of spending broken shards, Eldian Sapphires and to a lesser extent the Spectral Stones to get more Radiant Stones as I often have an abundance of those.
The offers for spending Sips of Clarity or Volatile Sigils seem a bit on the low side to me as those (at least to me) are pretty rare.

I of course cannot say what everybody is seeing but after comparing my screenshots with those from other players it seems to me that Harolds offers are uniformly for all humans and elves.

Edit: Only exception will probably be the runes?
