Cannot reproduce Spells on different buildings without casting

Current situation: Spells on different buildings without casting

Expected situation: No boost on buildings, not sparkles on building, no spell effect working

Issue still present (spell time displayed on buildings)

Start bug report

(Happens not on my city)
(Spell look like "Power of Provision"), but also on a cultural building?

We can't reproduce this issue with the given reproduction steps. Should it happen again, please let us know, including the reproduction steps to make it happen

I think this issue can't be defined by reproduction steps.

1.) Login in
2.) Mention spells on building without having casted
3.) Take screen shot's
4.) Make comments to the screenshots (Type of spells)
5.) Logout
6.) Relaod game.
7.) Mention issue pressent
8.) logout
9.) login a few hours later
10.) Mention issue gone
11.) Take screen shots
12.) Update information in bug report

That's all I can add on information
