Quest title: The Misty Forest: Scout a province

Current situation:
The game does not register a quest as completed even though the scout has completed.. Only once you go to the world map does it register the completed scout..

Expected situation:
It should register the scout as completed without having to go to the map..

Reproduction Steps:
1. Have a quest to scout a province for the event
2. Complete the scout
3. Wait....
4. Go to map and it suddenly registers and completes the quest
5.

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

I don't think mobile works this way. Will check it next time I get a "Scout a Province" quest.
