Question SBS value and enemy squad size

Is there some information on how big enemy squad size may become due to Spire Battle Skill value?
Sometime ago someone (sorry, don't remember who it was) speculated about 125% as maximum. What is current information (if someone has it)? Does such limit exist? Or the best players may face 1:5 relation one day?

As far as I understand, max possible SBS increase rate will slow down to zero earlier than relation will hit 1:2. And at that point every mistake or convinced encounter would significantly decrease SBS back.
