No it's not, yesterday was Winter Shrine (500 Culture):

recently, there was father frozen tree and soon after father cane tree. and in the summer solstice quest, there was the actual father tree.

in other words: they often use the same models and just modify them. they even use regular buildings as base, like this sun codex versus the regular floating codex (both 2x2 buildings, levitating books, regular is blue, and sun-version is yellow).
