Not a Bug Rune shards in Tome of Secrets, Beta 1

I have a rune shard showing in Tome of Secrets but get an error message when I try to place it. Beta 1 version
12.3-(b2801f0). I'm not sure if the notification didn't vanish after placing or it is a new notification.

Sorry, please ignore this - it has sorted itself out after a computer restart
