Not a Bug Royal Jelly

Hi all people!
My first post here.
Not really sure if it is a bug or not.
We were able to get Royal Jelly building that is 1*1 in an earlier event.
Many of the new 1*1 buildings has been time limited.
Is this building time limited?
Yeah I know it doesn’t show/say that but I needed to ask.
“A hive can only produce a 100 gram of royal jelly in one month. It’s rarity makes it a perfect offering for bears.”
For me the description of the building means it produce something.
I just put out 1 of my royal jelly buildings, but there is no production bar on the building.
Is this a bug?
There are production bars on all other buildings.

I am sorry but then the description of the building in game is very misleading on borderline deception and ought to be changed.
