No it's not possible.
The game designers intentionally left it out. They want you to put effort in designing your city so that you have to find the optimum use of all your space. So I'm afraid it will not be added to the game

May be is like Forge of Empires, only two parts of the buildings whereas a building have four faces

It's more that a big part of the challenge of the design of your village is to figure out the best way you can get it to all fit together as efficiently as possible. While it would be easier to have a rotation ability, for me it would take some of the fun out of it.
