Duplicate "Return to Province" is broken

since last update, whenever I fight an encounter, whether I win or loose, when I get the popup with the results of the battle, and click on the "return to province" button, the game loads endlessly;
not affected by H/W acceleration;

Current situation: whenever I finish a battle for an encounter, when the popup box with battle results appears, clicking on "return to province" makes the game load endlessly

Expected situation: I expect to return to the province and get the rewards popup

Reproduction Steps
1. __go to the world map
2. __enter a province that has encounters to be fought
3. __select the encounter, the "fight"
4. __select your army
5. __fight
6. __at the end of the fight, the results popup appears
7. __click on "return to province"
8. __watch the game try to load endlessly ....
9. __reload the game when you had enough of it !

I can't reproduce this issue. It might be connected to the performance issue that has been reported.

additional facts : I have restarted my PC yesterday afternoon, because Chrome was sucking the life out of my Ethernet, for whatever reason...
the issue remained all evening long afterwards, and disappeared this morning ...

it is highly dependent on time of day : in the morning, it goes fine most of the time, while in the afternoon and evening (starting from 17:00), things do not go that smooth...
of course, one can just decide that is the conditions on the Internet that cause the problem, and try and hide it underneath the carpet, but...
imho, it is Innogames' Elvenar beta server being unable to support higher loads
poor capacity planning might be involved in there

For me it happened around 2 in the morning, but that might be daytime for other folks. I was able to finish a battle just now and return to the province without the game freezing.

It worked perfectly fine in the province before!
61 hours scouting + some hours of sleep before I did the one in the morning today.
There I fought 7 encounters in a province and I never had to reload...
