Current situation:
Attempting to cancel upgrade of a residence in order to upgrade the Main Hall instead, unable to cancel the upgrade.
Expected situation:
I would have expected the upgrade to cancel, and a credit for the goods used.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Start Residential building upgrade
2. Press cancel upgrade (no response)
Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!
