Residence 7 Upgrade - May I have another hint please!

Clicking on the Research button just takes me to my current position in the tech tree. It would make a lot more sense if it focused on Superior Residences at the start of the purple section of the tech tree.

Unless I'm missing something obvious, the text needs to say that Superior Residences are required.
