Cannot reproduce Relic overview on worldmap doesn't update

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
It's my bonus good in tournament. When finish a tournament province and the next level is reached, I receive the message, that the bonus has increased, but the relic overview doesn't change.
A reload doesn't change or fix it, kind of frozen

The calculation in manufactory seems to be correct

Edit:
Same goes for MH, number of relics doesn't increase

Expected situation:
to see instantly a change when I gained a (gems)relic

Reproduction Steps

1. have bonus good in tournament, notice relic overview in worldmap
2. finish a province and receive relics as reward
3. check overview on worldmap, no change
4. reload the game, still no change
5. do more provinces until you get the increase notification
6. check overview again - still the same

Opps, took the wrong part of the screen to show it, of course it was silk which didn't change.

Anyway. the issue disappeared, whatever they did in their updates, it worked for me to fix it
