Agree on this. Not much attention spent on people with declining vision (everyone in my live fs as we are all older), and no attention for people who are colour blind.

I think high contrast is the solution.

Actually, people with biotoxin exposure have problems with contrast sensitivity as well, and here is a test for that, https://www.vcstest.com/. It was absolutely shocking for me to watch my dying sister take this test and to see what she didn't see.

So maybe animation to the snowflakes that makes them sparkle... People have all kinds of vision issues and this is a visual game so it is nice to see the issue addressed.
