I think the "standard" assumption for most people is 2x9 and 1x3, but

I agree that 9x2+3x1 is pretty standard, but that would have helped my side of the argument, so I went the other way to 9x1 +5x3 which is the realistic max.
This also makes up for the 24h timer on sets which most people will screw up once every 7-12 days and miss a full day.
